Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Birds Nest Exclusive are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect item selection, or buyer's remorse.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. We may offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • The item is free from stains, odors, damage, pet hair, or signs of wear.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

If approved, exchanges may be made for:

  • The same item in a different available size or color, or

  • Another item of equal or greater value (customers are responsible for paying any price difference).

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Undergarments

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Beauty or cosmetic products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request and provide a resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error made by Birds Nest Exclusive or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Right to Refuse

Birds Nest Exclusive reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
